Content Preferences

  • Personal/Original Characters - D&D and other tabletop RPG characters or MMO characters (FFXIV, Guild Wars, WoW, etc.)

  • Fan-Characters - Characters based in an already established world that you are a fan of (i.e., your Witcher O.C., ATLA O.C., etc.)

  • Generally humanoid, though some animal or creature attributes are okay (cat ears/tail, wings, etc); these are likely to add to total cost

  • No Mechas

  • I'm not very good at mechanical things but I will do my best for things like prosthetic limbs or other disability aids!

  • Genres/Themes: Fantasy (low fantasy, high fantasy, etc.)

  • Violence/Gore: Very mild only - scars or bruises or small wounds with some blood is okay

  • Commissions will be denied if the request contains any pedophilic, sexist, racist, ableist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise hateful, derogative, or inappropriate imagery. I reserve the right to end the service with the commissioner if any such imagery or speech is used or suggested by the commissioner during the commissioning process without a full refund.

Commission Process

  • Please fill out an application to request a commission HERE

  • TIMELINE: In general, my goal is to finish a commission piece within a month once I’ve started on one. My day job requires a lot of hours during the week, so I can only usually work on commissions on the weekend. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

  • Details of commission, once accepted, will be discussed with the commissioner via email. We'll work out what it is you are looking for and I will determine if additional charges will be added based on complexity/difficulty/time requirements.

  • Once details and price have been agreed upon, a deposit of 50% of the agreed upon price must be submitted. After I've received the deposit, I can start the work! :D

  • Once 50% payment is received, I will begin the work and create a sketch for your approval. Please let me know at this point what changes you wish to see made. This is the only stage where large-scale changes (such as pose, expression, clothing corrections, etc.) can be made without additional charges.

  • After the sketch is approved, I'll start the Line Art stage and then the Color stage, and for both of these stages you'll be able to make some minor edits.

  • The final 50% of payment will be due near completion of work, but before the final image has been sent.

  • Once final work has been sent, no more edits or changes can be made.

Pricing

  • I reserve the right to update prices as needed.

  • All prices will be in $USD.

  • All payment will be through PayPal.

  • A 50% of total price deposit will be required upfront before work can begin.

  • Prices listed are for personal-use commissions only; these prices and artworks created are not for commercial work.

  • Additional charges may be applied depending on complexity of your order (extra items, background content, extremely detailed clothing/armor designs, etc.) or if extra edits or changes are request outside of the standard amount (outlined in Commission Process below)

  • Additional charges may be applied if the commission is requested to be rushed and completed in a short amount of time.

Refunds

  • If you would like a refund, please contact me to discuss.

  • If you would like a refund before I have sent a sketch for approval, you will get a full refund of the 50% you have sent so far.

  • Once a sketch has been approved, there will be no refunds offered.

Disclaimers

  • I reserve the right to decline a potential commission for any reason.

  • Commissioned art is for personal use only, not for commercial use. Do not reproduce the art or part of the art for profit in any way, including but not limited to prints (digital or physical), t-shirts, mugs, etc.

  • I, the artist, not the commissioner, reserve full rights and ownership of the image (this includes but is not limited to use for publicity, posting to social media/online galleries, etc.).

  • I do not authorize my work to be used as an NFT, in any NFT process, to be sold through NFT, etc.

  • You may claim rights to the character depicted, but not the image or artwork itself.

  • You may not take credit for the artwork itself or the creation of the artwork itself.

  • Final product will be digital. No physical prints or merchandise will be created or shipped.

  • *Please be aware that I have a full time job outside of commissions and so my time can be limited due to outside obligations. There will be weeks where I may have increased workload and late nights. This means I may be slower in my responses but I will absolutely be doing my best to get back to you as soon as I can!
